•For a full refund, you must cancel at least 5 full days before the experience's start time.
•If you cancel less than 4 full days before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
•Any changes made less than 4 full days before the experience's start time will not be accepted
•If you arrive 15 min late after your schedule time your booking will be cancel without a refund
•YOUR EXPERIENCE COULD BE DELAYED OR CANCELED AT ANY TIME DUE
TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEABLE EVENT. IN THE CASE OF A CANCELATION FROM US, WE WILL PROCEED WITH A FULL REFUND FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE
